The West Seneca office serves as the main contact for all appointments. If you are using or plan to use a different location for counseling, you must make all arrangements through the West Seneca Office at 716-674-6747.
HOURS:
Our office manager is in 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Friday. HOWEVER, counseling sessions can be scheduled from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday by appointment.
At other times, messages can be left on the voice-mail system and calls will be returned as soon as possible. You may call the individual locations if you are running late or have an emergency. If your appointment is in the evening or on a Saturday, you may leave a message on the West Seneca voice-mail of any change. Your counselor will retrieve the message.
